1. Introduction
These Creator Terms govern monetization, payouts, and revenue sharing on Twilly. By monetizing content on our platform, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
2. Creator Eligibility
2.1 Basic Requirements
To monetize content on Twilly, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a verified account
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding
- Comply with all platform policies
- Maintain good standing with the community
2.2 Verification Process
- Identity Verification: Provide government-issued ID
- Address Verification: Confirm your residential address
- Tax Information: Provide accurate tax identification
- Bank Account: Connect a valid bank account for payouts
2.3 Ongoing Compliance
Creators must maintain:
- Valid Stripe Connect account status
- Compliance with all platform policies
- Accurate and current information
- Good standing with payment processors
3. Monetization Features
3.1 Subscription Channels
- Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring payments for channel access
- Tiered Pricing: Multiple subscription levels with different benefits
- Exclusive Content: Subscriber-only videos and streams
- Early Access: Priority access to new content
3.2 Pay-Per-View (PPV) Content
- Individual Purchases: One-time payments for specific content
- Bundle Options: Multiple episodes or content packages
- Premium Pricing: Higher-value content at premium prices
- Limited Availability: Time-limited or exclusive content
3.3 Tipping and Donations
- Direct Tips: One-time payments from viewers
- Goal-Based Funding: Campaigns for specific projects

4. Revenue Sharing and Payouts
4.1 Platform Fee Structure
- Standard Rate: Twilly retains 20% of gross revenue
- Creator Share: Creators receive 80% of gross revenue
- Processing Fees: Additional Stripe processing fees apply
- Tax Withholding: Required tax withholding as applicable
4.2 Revenue Calculation
Revenue is calculated as:
- Gross Revenue: Total payments received
- Net Revenue: Gross revenue minus platform fees
- Creator Payout: Net revenue minus processing fees and taxes
4.3 Payout Schedule
- Monthly Payouts: Processed on the 15th of each month
- Minimum Threshold: $50 minimum for payout processing
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days to reach your account
- Holiday Adjustments: Payouts may be delayed during holidays
4.4 Payout Methods
- Direct Deposit: ACH transfers to US bank accounts
- International Transfers: Available in supported countries
- Currency Conversion: Automatic conversion for international creators
- Processing Fees: Vary by country and transfer method
5. Stripe Connect Integration
5.1 Account Setup
To receive payouts, you must:
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding

- Accept Stripe's terms of service

Producers who invite Collaborators must:

- Handle disputes between Collaborators
6.2 Collaborator Revenue
- Revenue Split: Determined by Producer (minimum 10% to Collaborator)
- Payment Processing: Handled through Producer's account
- Tax Reporting: Producer responsible for tax reporting
- Dispute Resolution: Internal resolution between parties
6.3 Collaboration Agreements
We recommend:
- Written agreements between Producers and Collaborators
- Clear terms for revenue sharing

- Exit strategies for collaborations
7. Content Monetization Rules
